1. Your Rights to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Distance Selling Regulations), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods (“cooling-off period”), for any reason, and without giving any reason.

To cancel, please contact us by email at support@acstech.store or via our contact form. You must notify us before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

2. How to Return Products

  • You have a further 14 calendar days after cancellation notification to return the goods to us.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the product is faulty or not as described.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method, including any standard delivery charges.

If the goods are damaged, used, or missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value.

4. Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

Certain products are exempt from the right to cancel, including but not limited to:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., sealed earphones)
  • Downloadable digital content once the download or streaming has begun with your prior consent
  • Products that deteriorate quickly or are perishable
  • Software licenses and digital products: Due to the nature of these products, licenses and digital downloads cannot be refunded once purchased and delivered unless faulty or not as described.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
  • We may ask for evidence such as photos of the defect or damage.
  • Return postage costs for faulty goods will be reimbursed by us.
