1. Application
These Sales Terms apply to all orders placed through ACS Tech Store (acstech.store), operated by Anglia Computer Solutions Business Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the price at the time of order confirmation.
For trade account customers, bespoke pricing may apply as agreed separately. Volume discounts are available on request.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Payment Terms
Retail customers: Payment is required at the time of order via the payment methods available at checkout.
Trade account customers: Payment terms are as agreed on your trade account application, typically 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. VAT
All prices for consumer customers include VAT at the prevailing rate. Trade customers may see prices displayed ex-VAT. VAT will be applied at checkout and shown on your invoice.
6. Delivery
Standard delivery within the UK mainland is typically 1-3 working days. Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days (subject to stock availability). Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other remote areas may take longer and may incur additional charges.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods passes upon receipt of full payment.
7. Inspection and Acceptance
Please inspect all goods upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report issues within this period may affect your ability to claim.
8. Cancellation
Consumer customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Trade/business orders may be subject to different cancellation terms. Please contact us to discuss.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions or pandemics.
10. Governing Law
These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
